"Serenity Rocks" is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroomed home that backs on to a large tree lined grassed area and beyond the trees lies the golf course. The house is a delightful quiet haven and is nicely away from the hustle & bustle of town.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with ice, crushed ice and filtered water. The kitchen flows nicely into the dining area or dine alfresco on the 8-seater garden table and BBQ. The kitchen and main bedroom open out on to the garden which leads out to an expansive well maintained large, grassed area.
Relax in the lounge area and know that when it's cold there's a wood burner (please bring your own timber) or watch TV from anywhere in the room and know that it can swivel to suit most lounging locations.
The double garage has been converted to a rumpus room for the little and big kids to enjoy. There's board and card games galore, 48" TV, table football, a mini basketball hoop, skateboard, SUPs, kids mask & snorkels, boogie boards and 3 bicycles.
The main bedroom (The Cloud) has a beautiful king bed and boasts doors that open out on to the garden for you to enjoy the view and listen to the birds.
Second bedroom also has a king bed and full-length mirror.
Third bedroom has a double bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top) which can sleep up to 3 adults or 3 children with a full-length mirror.
The main bathroom contains both bath and shower and the toilet is separate.
The laundry contains a front-loading washing machine, separate dryer and ironing facilities.

The house is perfectly placed for those wanting to golf on the 18-hole golf course. Golfers can wander down to the golf course or to the Country Club easily from the back garden.

I invite you to kick back, relax and enjoy the house and the garden whilst the kids play sport out the back or have a ball in the rumpus room or they can even watch a movie on the giant screen. There is also table football that will surely bring out your competitive side.

We love the special energy of South West Rocks and in winter it's more of a sleepy seaside town and in the summer it comes much more alive. South West Rocks has many different beaches to keep everyone happy, there's also great coffee and we love the walk up to the lighthouse; oh the view!

Beautiful home
This stayz location is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The host was easy to communicate with, everything was easy to find and the home was spotless and a great design. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
