"Windows in the back dirty, Master Bedroom door to outside doorknob doesn't lock. We booked this place for an extended stay due to our new build not ready yet. We were told we could temporarily have our mail delivered but we could not. We could not use the BBQ. It was filthy and the drip pans were ..."

"Never stayed there. Host never answered his phone. Had to sleep in my car the first night since it was too late to book anything else. Contacted Vrbo's customer service and was told I would get a refund but I still have not seen it. It has been about 3 days now."
