This stay was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the mineral spa. The hotel does show its age and is a bit of a maze. However we did not pay for the upgraded room, so we got a un-renovated room. It was definitely dated, but clean, with a comfy bed. My only major complaint was the shower was super small and clausterphobic, so if you were to stay here more than a night or two, it might be a dealbreaker, but for a quick stay it was great!

Stopped into the spa to buy some products that I had bought the year before ! Talked to a lady about a product that didn’t have a mister ! She was very polite and said she would look for one if they had ! I returned and was speaking with a lady that worked there and the manager ( with bright red hair ) jumped in and was like we don’t have any ! Her attitude was like that is it and just wasn’t very professional. So I just left ! Return thinking she wasn’t there and was speaking to a lady about the difference in some products when out came the same red head and took over the conversation ! Had enough and told her that was very rude of her to do and she had no manners ! Had a few words and walk out and she is just yapping about me ! So I go back and tell her that I was going to buy some product but now I will just go home and order on line ! Very poor customer service !

very noisy air conditioning unit, hard pillows. AC set at 65 f but could not get confortably cool the whole night. Expensive restaurant. Next day stayed at different hotel. Great quiet night's sleep with really good FREE breakfast

The spa was lovely as usual and the staff were very pleasant. The room was not so great. It was very outdated and small and the roof had water damage. It just doesn’t look like a $250/night room so that’s disappointing when you walk in.

Our stay was very good. The only issue was that the shower curtain did not have any weights or magnets at the bottom to keep it in place so when you turned the shower on the draft created kept forcing the shower curtain against my body which was gross. This really needs to be fixed.

The hotel itself is quite aged and needs a refresh. There was frayed carpet in our room and dented walls. I understand that a few of the rooms have been renovated, however, I do not believe the price we paid matched the experience. The pool itself is beautiful and in decent condition and we love the area around the hotel. Being right downtown offers amazing walkability and so much to see and do. It is convenient staying right at the hot springs, but there are more affordable options within walking distance to use the springs and sace some money.
