Serviced apartments in Southgate

I arrived late and left early, so I didn't get to check out the tiki bar, pool or anything else, but the room was great, and everything looked very nice.

The room was beautiful! Lots of light, a large window. Everything was clean and new. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It’s so new, that I had a hard time finding the entrance, my gps took me around in circles until I finally found it. That was the only negative thing about my stay. And the food was excellent!

We liked the convenience to Siesta Key Beach and Route 41. Enjoyed the poolside bar one evening, great bartender, Lisa. All staff we met, were friendly and helpful.

This was a pleasant surprise, very clean and updated. It was made clear with notice throughout about quiet time and non-smoking and it would be enforced. The front desk staff was very friendly, even recognizing you from previous encounter/check-in. Willing to help, very friendly. It’s right next to the airport but I never heard any planes. Nicely located, hot breakfast, was tasty. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Did not like the floor spraying for hours

We loved that it was so close to restaurants and grocery also so close to the Beach. One thing that did bother us a bit was the room was very noisy, what i mean is that you could hear people walking by your room talking as if they were in your room. But we will be going back next year!
