This an atrium style hotel with 8 floors. They have a bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub, and a nice workout area with steppers and free weights. The accommodations are outstanding. Breakfast was second to none. Staff was exceptionally nice. The only issue I had was a few of their elevators were not working.

The stay and hotel was great. Cleaning service and those who worked in the restaurant within the hotel was not the best. Late response time when it came to certain things and if your expecting restaurant style dinning and service's dinning in there is not where you want to go, food was excellent though so that was a plus.

The first room we were in the air conditioning didn’t work, there was a cigarette burn in the coffee table, and the lamp was broken and hanging down. The next room was better but the whole hotel was poorly maintained, I could have stayed at a no name motel for the same experience.

Only thing I didn't like was that you could hear traffic from inside your room because the window has a crack and it would blow in cold air at night, and it smelled a little weird but breakfast was a 5star. Hotel I give 3-4 star

The property was great, customer service was excellent. Our room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work sufficiently but we were compensated for the inconvenience.

The staff was nice and the building is interesting. The atrium has nice feel and big included breakfast. But the room smelled very musty and was dirty - sticky desk and tables. Also has lamps in lobby which are all off kilter - why not fix them or remove? They also charge $12 for overnight parking even tho it is a massive parking lot in the suburbs. Would not stay here again.
