The hotel is in a very noisy area. I swear there were cars drag racing. On the site it says it was a Queen bed. Definitely not a Queen bed in the one bed room. TV would not turn on, called for maintenance took 30 minutes for them to arrive, had to call twice. The maintenance guy said that the remote is only used to change the channels on the TV, there was no notification anywhere in the room that stated you had to turn on and adjust the sound on the TV. The night front desk clerk should spend more time at the front desk then out the back door smoking. When I called for the shuttle back to the hotel I had to call twice. I waited for 30 minutes for a 7 minute drive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I definitely will not be staying here again.

Room was clean beds are comfortable room never got picked up after we checked in and we were there for three nights stairs only no elevator. My brother has had an ankle replacement surgery and has a hard time with stairs, but we manage. We were only on the second floor. Thank goodness. Overall friendly staff attentive to our needs and done the job we needed.

Well, I received a room right next to the Lobby extremely loud most of the time, I tried to upgrade none available, No mini fridge, no microwave, I asked a young employee if he could put a ice pack in the freezer, he put in fridge, I asked the same person the next evening if he could make sure it went into the freezer, he stated I did that for you yesterday, I said I just want to make sure it goes in the freezer, nope it went in the fridge again.the 2nd employee who retrieved it for me stated the freezer is next to the fridge, anyway I will not be staying there again, I travel a lot and have never had a room with no mini fridge

The receptionist was pleasant, but on-line check-in was cumbersome and didn't address our 5:00 am check-out. Shuttle was easy to book and efficient. Decent value for the cost.

Shower head was dirty- grossed us out and we didn't want to take a shower. Toilet was making a VERY LOUD "squeeling" noise for 5-8 minutes after each flush. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. My wife and I offered to pay for an upgraded room and the request was denied because we booked through a 3rd party. Called Expedia and they were no help and even hung up on me! NEVER AGAIN will we use this hotel or use Expedia!

Rude and uniformed front desk
I booked this room last minute after our flight from the Spokane airport was cancelled and we were forced to stay in Spokane one more night. I called the hotel directly to confirm there was a shuttle that could take us from the hotel to the airport at 3 am. Upon arrival I asked for the shuttle to pick us up at 3 am for a 5 am flight and the attendant stated the earliest they could take us was 3:45 am. When I pointed out that would be too late and we would miss our flight she stated "I have never been to the airport but I tell people all the time this time will work". She was rude and dismissed me when I told her I had called prior to booking to confirm. We ended up taking an Uber at an additional cost and had we not we would have missed our flight. We arrived at 3:05 am for our flight and barely made it as the airport was very busy and it took a very long time to get through security. I would encourage you to inform your front desk attendants the information they provide is very important and can directly affect a person.

To start I made reservations thinking the place was next to the airport and then found myself driving further away from the airport than I was trying to be. Checked in with multiple suitcases and was given a second floor room and then asked for the elevator and was told they don't have an elevator after seeing I had multiple bags so I had to drag my luggage up the stairs and then just as I got to sleep was woke up by people partying and pulling the fire alarm so the fire alarm was going off in the middle of the nigh.
