This is a spectacular hotel. Beautifully remodeled, wonderful bar & restaurant. Rooms are awesome and the price was very good at <$100 for a king room. Area around the hotel is "downtown", even in winter there are still some hearty homeless ruining it. There is train tracks nearby, that didn't bother us, but it may bother some. Parking is $20 additional. I would definitely stay here again if the price stays the same... But this hotel could easily charge $200 for their rooms, thats how nice it is.
This property was nicely updated, spacious rooms, huge bathrooms, comfortable beds and linens. The elevator was slow, but there was an elevator.
The lounge was never open when we walked in or out.
The shower door needed a lip of some sort to prevent water from spilling out onto the floor and causing a slip hazard.
All in all… nice place and will be back!
Our stay was easy and perfect! Front desk staff was all sooooo nice and accomodating. The room was clean and beds were super comfortable. Here for a wrestling tournament and location was excellent to The Podium. One thing was that we would recommend going somewhere else for breakfast, but overall will definitely stay here when we come to Spokane.
Hotel was nice, no issues. Huge room. Area around hotel mostly a closed down buildings. Right by shelter & feeding location for houseless. Some unsavory people laying around & roaming nearby. I mean those on drugs or very intoxicated.
Too bad there was almost nowhere to eat nearby or anything to do walking in neighborhood.
Beautiful hotel, clean, and amazing staff. Everyone we encountered was super helpful and kind. My only suggestion would be to get room service up and running...this is an important option for many tired travelers :)
