This is a single level home. As you walk in, you will be welcomed into the living room which flows into the dining room and kitchen. We have a smart T.V. in the living room where guests can log into any of their streaming services. The kitchen is supplied with all basic cookware to stay in and enjoy a meal at home. Two of the guest rooms are in a hallway off of the living room, with a guest bathroom between them. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and a smart T.V. The other guest room can sleep three people with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and single on the top). The primary suite is off of the kitchen. It is fitted with a comfortable king bed, smart T.V., ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The backyard is not fully fenced, and we do ask that you keep pets off of the furniture. But we are happy to provide a space for people to travel with their dogs.
Guests have access to the full property.

We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet.
After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:
- Pick up after dog droppings
- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively
- Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.
- Put pet sheets on furniture
- Pets must be housebroken
- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.
- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively
- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations
*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to a skate park and Juice Bar. Guests can also walk to a local coffee shop called the Fainting Goat, or a great Italian restaurant, Antonucci's Authentic Italian, although both of these are along a busier road that some may prefer to drive to.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
