Air quality issue
Room had an extreme odor of carpet or air freshener enough to choke a horse. The hallways and lobby also overwhelmed my lungs with thick air perfumes. I had to forfeit my money and did not stay here.

I always check the bed and sheets first thing when I stay somewhere. Normally, in past visits, everything was great and clean. This time tho was a different story. There was BLOOD stains on the sheets. The staff was very understanding and got us a new room no charge. Best western would have refunded our money back but since we booked through EXPEDIA they couldn’t and EXPEDIA wouldn’t either. Never booking through EXPEDIA again!

Staff pleasant, clean. nice breakfast and convenient for airport. Petrol station nearby to fill up hire car. Large room, smallish bathroom. Family restaurant which is adequate for evening meal nearly adjacent and within walking distance. View out of window was of truck depot but didn't really matter as we were there to fly out the next morning.
