Falling apart and cheaply made over. Fixtures were literally coming off the wall, missing wheels, stained, dirty, missing ceiling tiles over the pool, some hanging. What a mess. We usually like Hamptons and Springfield was a disaster.

The lobby was nice, a bunch of us that were staying there got together and played cards. The continental breakfast that is included is very good and such a nice perk adding to the stay. The area is a bit sketchy but there is nothing that can be done about that, it's nice to have a good option of a place to stay near MGM casino. The room was nice and clean.
