Gave us 2 different room and the door didnt lock. We had one of those rooms 2 years ago and reported it. Still not fix. Breakfast cutoff time need to be lster than 900.

Interesting experience….
My wife and I stayed and noticed a lot of stains so we had to clean the area ourselves when we first got there. We noticed room service slacks on English and serving towels, we had to sacrifice using hand towels a few times. The bed & chairs were very comfortable I can say. The TV didn’t have cable and lags with volume and turning the TV on and off. On the Last night we came back to the room after being out and noticed a roach coming out of the bed frame but the nice gentleman came up to our room and helped us take care of it, very disappointing, honestly don’t recommend. & CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 11 not 12! Got very annoyed with the miscommunication.

The only positive thing I can say is the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff had zero customer service skills at check in and we felt like we were a huge inconvenience. Rude on more than one occasion. I'm a huge customer service person. The front desk person is the first impression on your guests. Attitudes speak volumes. The breakfast was ok but food ran out and a lot of people were waiting a while for the attendant to refill things. I've stayed at better and worse places. Not sure I'd stay here again purely on the overall attitude of the employees.
