The location was perfect, very central. There is free parking in the lot just outside (if you can get a spot). Check-in was unattended but excellent instructions for the door code were received as promised the day before.
What was not as great was that the building was noisy with people lugging golf bags up the stairs at all times (no elevator) and leaving very early in the morning. While it had a nice shower, the room was very small. The breakfast was some packaged croissants and dry cereal boxes left on a counter in a small sitting room on the main floor. It was expensive, at over $350 Canadian for one night.
