We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but had to leave and get refunded. The room smelled like mold/mildew. It was bad. We stayed for a little while with the fans on, but it didn't help. My wife's throat started to hurt and she then started to have breathing issues. We were offered another room fur the first night, but they didn't have anything available for the second night. We decided it wasn't worth staying and risking our health. I just read a few other reviews where black mold was mentioned. With the rate they charge, there's no excuse why they can't fix this problem. I will notify the health department. There location is great. The staff is great. The room was nice. FIX THE MOLD ISSUE!!

Funky Fun for Halloween
Funky little hotel. Especially during Halloween. Decorated to the 9's. Very fun. Alot of hotel in a small space, which i thought was neat. A bachelor/ette party would take over the little martini bar, which sounds kind of fun! Every where in St. Augustine feels historic and quaint. Casablanca included. Would go back.

Floors go every which way.
Check in time is late at 4pm, so you may not get a full day sightseeing. The place is old. Great if you are there for the ghost tours, but rooms and bathrooms are small. We had one of the larger rooms #28. 3 rooms with no even floors in the place. Amenities are ok. Bathrooms are small.

Oh my gosh where do I start? Staying here was a great choice, it's convenient to most areas of St. Augustine, but staying here was so much fun. First the staff. They were all young wonderful people. They were ready and able to help you with anything you needed. The breakfast was the best we had on our two week road trip. Yes, the hotel part of the property is elderly but kept well and right in front of the nay where you can watch to boats. In the front part of the building in "The Tiny Martini" bar. That too is a fun place to sit outside and sip something from their extensive drink menu. It too is run by all young adults who go beyond what is expected. My daughter and her family just moved to St. Augustine you can be certain that we will stay here again.

Our stay was fine. The room wasn’t the cleanest and it was definitely “tired” and in need of a refreshing. Badly. Bed was comfortable and the location is solid. Parking is tricky, you have to go off property but I think that’s pretty standard in the historical area for sure. Breakfast was very good.

Loved the Casablanca Inn. It's at the center of Old Town and we could walk everywhere. 10 minute ride from the Saint August Ampitheatre. The room was super cute with quality toiletries, a comfortable bed, and an amazing rainshower. The Martini Bar is top notch and the breakfast was fantastic- an added perk. Parking was not on property but very close. Can't wait to go back.

Wow what a great stay! We live 30 minutes away and have been to St. Augustine many times. This was our first stay at Casa Blanca and it will not be our last! Perfect location as we are big fans of the Tini Martini Bar, imagine our delight in receiving drink vouchers and free breakfast (cooked to order and deliciious!) Room was clean and large bath with 2 sinks! We even had a little porch to people watch. All staff members were friendly and kind. Highly recommend! We will be back!

back alley room
horrible. i was sent to a back alley during a hurricane and was not given any option of a refund. i had to leave as i was scared i was going to be trapped in the area. the room i was assigned was in a back alleyway typically where dumpsters are stored. this area was an eye sore and did not feel the safest. i am very disappointed with the property
