Not what it was like 5 years ago. When we arrived we had to ask for the trolley tickets and these were expensive. The rooms could use a little care and you can hear what is happening outside so not too quite. Will definitely look for another place next time. You pay too much money for a night and does not live up to expectations.

It"s listed as a hotel but in fact it's a motel. The bathroom door can't be closed without a significant force. The beds have a metal frame structure so if you slightly hit it with foot, which will happen often, the bang is so loud (gets me every time). The location was great and pretty safe.

Motel is within walking distance to a lot of attractions & restaurants, that’s really helpful because parking is extremely difficult! I didn’t expect much from the property but was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the room & cleanliness. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok, but I’ve stayed in other upscale places & breakfast was same. There’s a coffee maker & microwave in the room, Dunkin’ Donuts is close by if you didn’t want the free on site breakfast, as I said plenty of eating options within minutes of walking! Front desk was extremely pleasant & accommodating. For the price, it was a great stay!

OK for a night or two, good location
We’ve stayed here several times over the last 20 years. Even though it was purchased and “renovated”, it’s really just run down. Walls are super thin. We could hear our neighbors entire basic conversation once we turned our TV off. So many chips and scuff marks on walls and in the dining area. Continental breakfast was probably the worst one I’ve ever had in our family vacation travels. They came to tidy up room and didn’t make beds. I don’t know if this bothers anyone, we’ve never had that experience though. Customer service checking in/out and the gentleman at the breakfast was great. We only stayed two nights, so it was OK for that. We enjoy the walk to historic old town. Allows us to see some other shops! Also, there is a small coffee/juice/smoothie bar in the neighborhood behind! Excellent service and coffee!

Location was great as it is close to fountain of youth and other attractions. Other than that the room was not well maintained and honestly the sheets and towels felt dirty. I did not want to walk barefoot in the bathroom or room.
