While the property is very beautiful, the communication with and service provided by the management company is severely lacking. The check-in time is 4:00 PM and we were not given any check-in information, including the door code until 4:58 PM.
The outside trash container was overflowing and we asked when that would be emptied as we had a large group and wondered where our trash would be able to go. They said it would be emptied within minutes, but that took more than 24 hours.
There is no "Welcome Book" or any other information provided in the property with the wifi login and password and other pertinent information. When we called the management company for this info, they seemed very annoyed and it actually took about 2 hours and many phone calls to get the wifi login and password.
The propane tank on the back patio was empty when we arrived, so we had to take the propane tank out of the firepit to cook our dinner. When we called the management the next morning to get it filled, they said someone would be there within 10 minutes, which didn't happen. They showed up much later that evening, after many calls and texts and after one of our party had already left with the propane tanks to get them filled at our expense so that we could use the grill the 2nd night.
Our 3 night stay included a host fee of over $1,000, which was definitely not earned.
