We have season tickets at Tuacahn amphitheater, and always stay at Abbey Inn! It is welcoming, the personnel are always friendly, helpful, cheerful, and extremely competent. We came in very late, on a rainy night after the musical "Anastasia", and "Annie" at the Front Desk made us feel Very welcome! My spouse forgot some toiletries, and I asked Annie (at 1am!), if she had any I could buy. She said "no, but I can give you some!" Her friendly bright smile, and great kindness were such a great Gift & warm kindness that it was a soothing "balm" and a true Blessing & Capstone for a wonderful-yet-busy day! I told Annie that she was an "Angel," & that I thought she would probably just "disappear" as soon as I left the room! Many many of Abbey Inn's exceptional employees often make us feel as welcome and cared for as "Annie". We would not stay anywhere else in St. George, but Abbey Inn -- combined with the best friendly "included breakfasts" in St. George-- always makes our visits to St. George true "vacations". Thank you "Annie" & Abbey Inn!

Continental breakfast was amazing! Entire hotel is clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and immaculate. Pool was great as well! We will definitely stay again when we’re in St. George!!

I have stayed at many hotels but the staff at this hotel went out of their way to male our stay comfortable. They were always cheerful whej helping and I will only stay at this hotel from now on in St George

The staff is amazing very friendly the room was clean but sadly it was very noisy so not our favorite stay of the year. We enjoyed Zion and St George but when we come back we will definitely stay at a different hotel. If you do stay here or another Hotel close by The Italian restaurant across the street is a must…. amazing food!!

Great care of the grounds leaves the whole property very appealing and comfortable to be at. Beautiful landscaping, including the rocks and stream out front. The rooms are well kept, leaving us feeling like we spent a night in an upscale hotel. All of the amenities were well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable! Complimentary breakfast had AMAZING selection, and was good food! I’d return in a heartbeat! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Room and halls smell bad, not sure if it’s the carpet, but in some areas it smelled like horse poop, service people knocked the room door at 8:50am and again at 10:20am, when the checkout is at 11am, it’s like they were kicking us out! Don’t stay in room 245, because there’s a service room next to it and the employees wouldn’t stop slamming the door every time they would enter or exit
