Room and halls smell bad, not sure if it’s the carpet, but in some areas it smelled like horse poop, service people knocked the room door at 8:50am and again at 10:20am, when the checkout is at 11am, it’s like they were kicking us out! Don’t stay in room 245, because there’s a service room next to it and the employees wouldn’t stop slamming the door every time they would enter or exit

Fabulous!!
Great stay! This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is amazing ! And the unwind hour in the evenings with free snacks and drinks puts this place above any other hotel in the area we always stay here when traveling through St. George

The refrigerator in room 111 is falling off of the base and was that way when we were in that same room a couple of years ago.

This is a nice place to stay, however, our air conditioner leaked and got the carpet in front of it all wet. All the staff did for it was to suck up as much of the water in the carpet as they could and then put a fan on it. The carpet remained wet and they never came and picked up the fan. It also seemed like the air conditioner wasn’t working very well.

Very friendly staff. The location was perfect! Walking distance to one of the best Mexican Restaurant's I've ever been to! Easy access to the 15 FWY!

I definitely would stay at this hotel again! The receptionist at the front desk was so kind, helpful & informative. (*I had accidentally booked the wrong dates & she patiently helped me work things out...with a warm smile.) Our room was located in the older part of the hotel--but it was very clean & everything worked (TV, frig, microwave etc). Beds were very comfortable. The Saturday breakfast was AMAZING! A BIG BRAVO to the cooks & staff who worked incredibly hard to keep all the different breakfast foods available & the tables cleaned. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the Spa Pool. (The pool towels were so clean!)

The young man at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly and tried hard to accommodate us. It was very clean. The room was very clean and quiet with a few things looking outdated but overall a good stay especially for families. The pool is awesome!
