Clean and simple
Check-in was easy, and communication with hotel staff was clear and prompt. The room was very clean--and everything was in good repair. We had a quiet stay. No complaints! Also, excellent, convenient location within St. George. The only thing that was a slight disappointment is that the reception is unwilling to hold luggage for you for any length of time after you check out. Not a huge problem--but it would have been convenient to have been able to leave our bags for a few hours.

We really enjoyed our stay for the price we paid! The only small complaint is the hot water took FOREVER to get on, but it did come on after a few minutes. Other than that, the check-in process was super quick and easy, the room was spacious and very clean, and the price for our stay was reasonable. We will come back another time!

We only spent one night here but will definitely return for future stays. Very clean and the room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Close to restaurants and convenient for sight seeing. Price was hard to beat. Had a mini fridge, microwave and small coffee machine. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We had an excellent overall stay at the Chalet Motel. Very quiet & clean with very comfortable mattresses and excellent shower water pressure (best Hotel shower we've experienced on our 3-week road trip). Enjoyed the relaxing Koi Pond also. Christine was very nice and accommodating.

The reviews of the Chalet made my expectations way too high for this motel. It was just a basic average motel. Cleanliness was just Okay. The carpet was dirty and got my white sox dirty. I thought that the "suite" with a kitchen would have some kitchen amenities, but nada. Not a single pan, plate, or spoon. And funny thing, the faucet in the bathroom was too short and the water hit the counter. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Honestly, I probably wouldn't choose the Chalet again.
