Our room was very nice. It was very clean. the night clerk was very friendly and helpful.
When we came to the lobby for the continental breakfast; it was ok there was no water in the water container or any kind of fruit.
The lady at the front desk came to check the coffee when some then came in to the front desk and rang the bell, she then slammed down the box in her hand swung a coffee container around and went to the desk. When she was done with him she came back to the breakfast area and finished what she was doing by this time it was just her and me left in there. I had been in there with Ted and we ate. he went to get our car while I finished and through our stuff away. she was cleaning counters now with her back to me. I said to her that this was a very nice place, her response was thank you sir, never turning around to acknowledge me. I am a 5ft women with shoulder length hair and my voice is not low or close to a mans voice in any way. i didn't feel that she was friendly in any way. was not impress with her customer service at all. with me being a retired person that has worked in customer related jobs most all my working years would not respond to a custmer that way.
