The deposit amount should be advertised more instead of persons being told about it upon arrival. This should be stated immediately upon booking. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very good but could be better
Arrived for a 10 days vacation, check in was friendly and efficient . Location of property excellent , right on the beach , safe and secure . Beautifully maintained gardens , rooms slightly dated but of good size . Water in shower was mostly tepid . Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from . Negative points : restaurant food ok but nothing to write home about , better and cheaper ones can be found nearby . Service in general : 50/50 depending on who you encounter , some are lovely some can’t be bothered. Late check out: only available at a fee of $36 per hr although hotel is not full . No shower room available either to facilitate in case of hotel being full and late check out not being an option . This hotel could be a 5* , if a little bit more attention to detail was given.

It’s very nice, however it looks like it might needs some upgrade, there were water everywhere anytime it rains, you have to be very careful not to fall when walking to your room.the WiFi was very week and no menu for room service in the room.

Our hotel room didn’t have any lights we had to use the light from the bathroom and the tv to get ready at night. The hotel seemed to be full of tools and tarps from multiple renovations. The food tends to take over an out to be prepared and they seem to be understaffed in the bar areas. To top it all off they charged me and did not refund the deposit of $300 and trying to get in contact with the hotel is seemingly impossible. Lock your cards after as well because i left three days ago and I’m still getting charged currency exchange fees from the gift shop and hotel.

Our experience at this resort fell well below expectations. The service was notably poor, especially at dinner, where we waited over 30 minutes just to receive our drinks. Staff were generally inattentive and rarely checked in to see if we wanted a second round. Overall, there was a lack of warmth and attentiveness from most employees. The rooms are in need of an update, with dated decor and minor maintenance issues. The grounds, however, are well-kept, and the pool is nice, though the pool bar could also use some attention. The bar itself is cracked, the TV was off, and the refrigerators weren’t working—a disappointing detail for a property of this caliber. A concerning incident occurred when my wife and kids received strawberry daiquiris with crushed glass inside, likely from a broken glass in the ice. Shockingly, we received no apology or compensation for this serious mistake. The lack of accountability in response to a safety issue underscored our poor experience with customer service. While the location and beach are beautiful, these alone don’t make up for the shortcomings in service and maintenance. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend this resort unless management makes significant improvements.
