This spectacular Penthouse Apartment has a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area.

The fully equipped, spacious kitchen has everything you need for the perfect stay with a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher all built in. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and a gas hob and oven. The dining table seats six.

The living area has the most spectacular views across Porthmister beach and over towards Carbis Bay, Hayle and Godrevy. There is ample seating to relax and unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the view. There is a TV and DVD player.

The modern, light bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.

Inside the property, there are an additional two steps in the hallway, separating the living/kitchen/dining area from the bedrooms.

Clean, comfortable apartment with great views - but a long climb down (and up!) from the beach.
Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable and modern. But there are a lot of steps and hills between the property and the beach. This would be a problem for the elderly or those with small children.
