Beautiful location and property close to all downtown amenities. We had beautiful views of the harbour and there was very little noise during the day from the harbour. The underground parking was great! Definitely recommend!

Stayed for a couple days initially and thought it was great! Clean and nice. I tried to stay again 2 weeks later with the same info and card and was denied entry and refund. 1130pm at night i had nowhere to stay and was out 250 dollars. Expedia contacted the manager and made it absolutely nowhere with them. Very disappointed.

On Sunday night I felt back strain because the flimsy chair in my room has no lower back support.The staff at the lobby desk helped me out by providing me a solid chair.Thanks to them.The hotel should provide a better quality chair.

Hotel location is great. good view of the harbor from my room on 4th floor. Front desk staff and Little Sparo restaurant folks were very good, especially the bartender, Igor. food at Sparo was very good. room service was extermely fast! the restaurant staff failed to get my breakfast dishes (outside my room) for more than 24 hrs and the hotel staff was unable to get a couple with a incessantly barking dog to stop for the first 24 hrs

It's an excellent place to stay Staff is extremely friendly especially Scott at the front desk always asking how was your day. The rooms are well maintain by the cleaning staff. Close to transit bus stop to get to the Avon Mall. Easy to walk around to view many beautiful parts of the city. I would recommend this place for anyone to stay.

The hotel was convenient until you arrived.If you parked on the wrong level you had to climb stairs to the elevator. The check-in was less than welkoming and checkout was not much better. There are no warnings visible for restaurant times of service The room was clean but there was no place to sit except on the beds and one very uncomfortable chair from the 1950's.That is NOT acceptable in a room for 2 people. The beds were ok but the noise from the docks was not and when you can hear workers on the dock swearing at 7AM it is less than relaxing.
