Pleasant stay. Worth the money.
We came here for a one night stay for a concert. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s about 20 minutes from the event center. It’s right by the airport. The hotel was clean and seemed to be up to date. Room rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I’m ever in the area again I will stay here.

Overall, our stay was fine. Hotel was quiet and in a convenient location which was good. However, for a newer hotel, our room was quite run down. The TV wasn’t mounted on the wall and it didn’t work at all. The shower had a crack in the surround that looked like an attempted fix was made, but it was done very sloppily. The caulking in the shower was either very dirty or was starting to mold. The bottom of the shower surround was extremely dirty. Inside the shower, there was still hair left in the drain and shampoo spilled all over the floor. The breakfast food also left something to be desired. The muffins were stale and the eggs were cold. All in all, it was an okay stay. We didn’t feel unsafe, it was quiet, the bed was clean, the room was spacious, and the location was good for those leaving out of STL.

The requirement was for roll-in shower, which it was not. Also though paid for by expedia, i was charged a small$4 fee for something. ??. I had an early flight but did not receive a receit. Not a lot of money just the principle, that bothered me.

Great hotel and great service. Very clean. Microwave was left on all day after housecleaning - malfunctioned and the room smelled like an electrical fire when we got back that evening. Could have started a fire. Then the toilet leaked.

The night staff were great. There was an issue with the shuttle but they sent someone to get us. A big thank you to the midnight night clerk and security women working. They went above and beyond. Location was a short walk to get a rental car.
