The woman at checking was not friendly but I have been here previously and have never run into that before. She acted like I was bothering her by checking in. Otherwise good. The hallway carpets need either cleaned or replaced.

Decent hotel
The location is convenient for activities downtown, this hotel is a clean-ish place to stay overnight. The complimentary food is a perk, especially if you’re traveling for leisure or with children and making your money stretch.

We had a fantastic stay here in September. The staff was so friendly, my favorite part of the stay. Parking was very easy, and the location is wonderful. You can just walk to everything you’d like to enjoy at Union Station.

Good not great.
The hotel is fine. It’s a cool old building, and the room itself was well laid out and immaculately cleaned. The hallways on the other hand are dingy with really dirty/worn carpet. Also, the bathrooms in the section that we stayed in don’t have fans. It’s definitely a good place to lay your head, but don’t pay too much to stay here.

This property definitely needs upgrades! The air conditioner did not work properly. The drapes need cleaned carpet is old! It had a musty old smell too! It is time for remodel! I don’t understand why parking is extra for hotel guest! It should only be a charge if you are not hotel guest!

Awesome and close to the fun!
Cool old building right next to the union station Ferris wheel. Has dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was awesome. Dinner was mostly finger foods but it does come with adult drinks. But don’t be late.
