Ice maker didn't work on our floor. 3 days and had to go to another floor to get ice. Valet service was terrible. I had two disabled people with me and got almost no help with their mobility scooters and lugage.

The sizof thr suite was very spacious. I loved that it was bright abd and vibrant the sofa and chair was nice to sit on. The bed was very comfortable. It was a treat. The staff was very helpful and attentive. For me itnwas like home away from home.

Great stay.
Convenient and within walking distance to Gateway Arch and other downtown attractions. Full hot breakfast was great. Staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly work hard.

My girls and I were in town for a dance competition. Everything went smoothly during the check in process and we were placed on the 5th floor. I was able to attend Happy Hour which was ok. The light refreshments provided were not stocked, picked over, and the area was not clean. Wasted food was all over the table. I then took my girls to the restaurant for a bite to eat. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and I had wings. My girls received their food and mines came out once they were done eating. Which was well over 45 minutes. The waiter was very apologetic but that was unacceptable. When it came to our room the sheets were stained, it was hair on the sink. When it was time for bed we called down to the front for an extra blanket which never came. So I sent one of my girls to the front desk to ask for a blanket. In which they were told they didn’t have any extras and was given a thin bed sheet, which was unacceptable. Later on that night we were informed by one of the dance moms to make sure we checked our rooms throughly because her room on the 3rd floor, indeed was infected with bed bugs. The way staff handled her was disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This will be our first and last time staying here!
