I have an issue with this not being handicap friendly. We were out in a building far from a microwave and lobby. Some things in our room like the chair was not clean nor behind the couch was clean. The bar in the refrigerator was broken as well as the kitchen sink was kind of clogging. The young lady at the front desk when I checked in was not so nice. I asked about an upgrade and she told me it cost more. I asked her how much she said those are just more. She would never give me the amount. So I walked away and came back later and talked to someone else. She told me I could get a free upgrade because I am a gold member but they were sold out.

Amazing Smell…Very Clean…With Roaches!

The Hotel is very clean and smells amazing. I was very surprised that I had to killed a Roach in the bathroom on our second night. The room next to us had the same Food Trays from Room Service outside of their room for over 36 hours. I called the Front Desk and informed them and the Trays weren’t removed until the morning we checked out.

We have stayed there a few times and have enjoyed it. We had a problem with the ac it leaked water they had said they were booked full when we got there. Repair man came said it was a small leak and it was from kids sitting on it . We thought ok we’re are only going to be there for two night and we got there at six pm. It just didn’t cool good. It was in the 90,s . We told the manager he was super nice and only charged us for one night. They do have an outdoor pool and a very good restaurant inside. The staff was super nice. I think the repair man didn’t do much.

I assumed with the location that this hotel would live up to high standards. The lobby was nice, but the further back you walked, the more disappointing everything became. The rest of the property was dingy, outdated, had a terrible musty odor and was overall unsettling. Our rooms were in a back building that was covered in construction. The overall feeling throughout the entire property felt like the abandoned set of a soap opera. The service at the restaurant bar was appalling and we left after waiting at the bar for quite awhile and being ignored by the staff who clearly saw us. The pool, however, was lovely and large and felt luxurious - definitely the best part of the hotel. We travel to St. Louis several times a year but definitely will not be returning to this establishment.
