they front desk lady was very rude to my husband. she kept putting fingers in his face and was very dismissive. they also were over booked so it took us a hour just to find another hotel.
The night staff is so friendly with any questions the morning staff is so rude and not accommodating at all. There is no parking and half of the hotel is under construction. I reserved 3 rooms check in was at 4 I tried to check in at 3:55 and only one room was available the other two were not and when I asked how long they said just come back and check when ever and we will see. Rooms were clean and fully stocked with fridge and everything but outside of the room looked like there wash trash up and down the hallway and the trash can was dumped by the elevator then in the morning I called from one of my rooms around 9am to ask when check out was and they said 11am then I got a knock on my door at 10:30 am saying we needed to check out. I also smoked outside of the building on the street and left the packing to my wraps in my room and they charged me with a 250 dollar free when I called they said it was house keeping word against mine then when I asked for a hire manager or corporate's number the girl on the phone said it was a waste of time she answer with that after I asked twice
