Although the staff were all very nice, the rooms and hotel were very run down. There wasn’t an operating restaurant or bar anymore just snacks for purchase. Which is very misleading on the photos. The icing on the cake was the bed bugs in my son’s bed. The next day he had bites on his forearms, wrists and hands. We will not be staying here again.
I’ve stayed at this hotel 4-5 years ago and then it was a decent hotel for the price and the location was nice, close to everything. SINCE 2020, the hotel still does not have an operating bar or food area. The hotel itself has went extremely downhill in those last few years. The parking garage they recommend is not $25 a night anymore, but $35. The cleanliness of the place has also extremely declined. The location around the hotel has also become more sketchy, while unloading my luggage I had a group of people come by and try to take my luggage while my back was turned. We were originally supposed to stay 2 nights at this establishment…..ONE night in the room & I was covered in BED BUG BITES. I woke up to find bed bugs in the bed with me. This was by far the worst experience of my life staying somewhere… they did refund me for my entire stay…. which they rightly should…the staff acted as though this was a regular occurrence. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever! Now I cross my fingers I didn’t bring these nasty bugs back with me and my family.

I liked this cute, more affordable hotel. Not great dining options or parking (I parked a block away for $20 per day in a garage), but within walking distance to the Arch or Busch Stadium. Friendly front desk staff.
The hotel was really nice. Friendly staff. The bathroom wasn’t completely clean. We could tell where they stopped cleaning. Shower doors didn’t close enough to deal the water inside.
Hotel is convenient to Busch Stadium which was why we were there. Rooms were small but clean. Beds were comfortable.
The hotel locks the doors at 11:00 and turns the lobby lights off. Nobody told us this. When we returned at 11:30 from Ball park village, we were locked out. Hotel keys did not work. The “buzzer” did not work. We had children with us so it was a little frightening to think we were locked out. Finally someone came down in the elevators and let us in. I appreciate the doors being locked but we had no options to get in besides waiting and hoping someone would come downstairs and see us. I also called but nobody answered.
The elevators are also extremely small. No fridge or microwave in rooms. Only 2 pillows to a bed and a/c would not adjust. Very small showers. The bathroom door is a slider and would get stuck every time you closed it all the way for privacy. Someone on the outside had to help open it every time.
