The property was beautiful and had beautiful views of the arch. The rooms were nice and spacious. I loved that the property had a bar & grill, and a nice steakhouse. The only downfall we experienced was parking. Parking was backed up and it took a while to get through. Self-parking was sold out but they had enough space for valet, which happened to be in the same lot, but cost $10 more. I'm not sure why they wouldn't open up more self-parking spots so people had that option. If you chose to self-park, you had to park a block away since the hotel's self-parking lot was sold out.

We reserved a King room which wasn't available. They gave us a queen that actually had a double bed on a queen frame. The bed was not only small but uncomfortable. We did not sleep well either of the 2 nights we were there. The location is great and we did have a view of the arch.

Not horrible not great. Concierge was ok. Hallways a little dirty, room was just decently clean. Found hair under the comforter the bathroom had a few dings and nicks. Room Didn’t have a mirror and for the price maybe we could get free breakfast. Normally love the Hyatt but this stay was just ok

Nice to be downtown, although the city can be loud, even on a high floor. If you want all attractions accessible this is the best hotel, if you need peace and quiet, probably look somewhere else.

Lovely but LOUD
The hotel was lovely, the views were perfect, and the staff was attentive. HOWEVER, our suite was on the sixth floor, and a wedding was on the fourth floor. The music was SO LOUD in our room that we could sing along with every song. We called downstairs and they said they were not able to have the wedding turn down the music, and they were allowed to have it on until 11:30pm. They were apologetic, but it was very rough with children. The hotel was lovely but ASK FOR UPPER FLOORS on the weekends!

Visited for the Usher concert. It was really nice. The hotel, staff, drinks and breakfast was phenomenal. Toured The Arch and man, it was beautiful. Looking forward to another visit!

The property is beautiful. The onsite Starbucks, bar, restaurant and Ruth Chris made it worthwhile. The hvac was difficult to use, water settled in tube and was on the floor, sink water was extremely hot and the cold water did not work initially.

My stay was pretty good. I booked a king bed room, they were all taken. Pretty upsetting. They did try to accommodate us with complimentary breakfast which was ok but not at all what i wanted. I had to constantly ask the lady at the front desk to repeat herself because she wouldnt talk up as it was kind of loud in the lobby. Other than those hiccups. I enjoyed my stay
