One elevator in the parking garage was out of order so we had to wait at times and people would just crowd into it. The directions for parking before you check-in need better clarification. The lobby was packed due to a wedding reception and people were drunk one guy even puked. They needed some separation from paying guests and reception attendees most of them seemed to be leaving late.

very good, but not an excellent experience

The hotel was very clean and the staff were great! I particularly liked the water bottle filling machines on our floor and in the lobby. It was a bummer that only 2 elevators (of 5) worked when so many of us were coming back in from the ballgame on Saturday night, and that there are no restrooms in the lobby.

I wish I could have gotten my room cooler. The public bathroom downstairs is a little inconvenient, but it is a nice, roomy bathroom. Everything in the room was nice. I like the little box for the coffee with the creamers, sugar, cups and coffee. Nice touch!

Comfy bed

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. Hotel was nice. It was a very busy weekend, and 3 of the 6 elevators to the upper floors were down. That made game time and checking out a very long wait. We were packed in the elevators like sardines. Taking the stairs didn’t even take you directly to the lobby, but this large area that required taking an elevator to make it back to the lobby since the escalator to the lobby was also broken. I also noticed some water damage on the hallway wall on our floor and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. Even still, nice hotel. Nice stay.
