Broken plumbing issue at arrival, front desk person sent us to the next door hotel to stay and said it would be a upgrade, Heritage inn that was a Drury inn in the past. Stay was good but would at a better choice in future visit.

I didn't get to stay because they had water issues so they transferred me to the Heritage next door. The front desk girl was super helpful in checking me in and arranging the new room next door. The Heritage was really nice so I am happy with the whole experience.

Sign not lit, dark in parking lot. Curbs not weeded. Property looked terrible. Front entrance dingy and old. Had to wait too long to check in. Women at desk was upset she couldn’t get a hold of General Manager. She said rooms smell like smoke and half the TVs didn’t work. Our room was fine but the bathroom was tiny. It didn’t smell but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Old tile in small bathroom but clean. No breakfast was available. I will not be back.

Poor customer service
This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. No one answered the front desk phone, ever. They were argumentative when I was not satisfied with my room. They said "too bad, we are all sold out" we cannot, will not change your room. Granted I was overly tired and did not take the news of "we cannot help you" very well. I cut my trip short and told all my local friends not to EVER use that hotel. It was awful.

Found this lil gem as a last min option. The room was very clean and nice with a super comfortable bed, large TV, frig, coffee maker and microwave. The continental breakfast was standard with both hot and cold options. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to the interstate, yet the room was quiet. Would recommend and stay again.
