I traveled with my 2 little kids and the first room they gave us had smoke smell as someone had clearly smoked in the room. They gave us another room downstairs right next to the front desk and 1:20am i woke up to a room filled with cigarette smell, it felt someone was smoking right in my room. I went to the front desk right away and they said they tried calling the next door room but with no answer. Then I heard front desk worker using the disinfecting spray. I was told to talk to the management in the morning. I did and they said they cant refund because the booking is via third party and told me to contact the third party. I contacted Orbitz and they said they will talk to the hotel and process the refund. Its 6 days later and 3 business days later and a refund has not been issued but i have 5 requests to review my stay. So here it is. Very dissapointed and still waiting for my $90 refund.
