The apartment was OK, nothing special. Older building than appears in photos and a little out of the way for downtown. This is not a hotel room, but a studio apartment in a large building. Older appliances, sparse mismatched furnishings, nothing in the walls. This checking in was a cumbersome process that required uploading ID and photo to a website, then logging onto two websites for access. Lots of texting back and forth. Might be better for a long term stay, but for a couple of nights it was not worth it. They did allow me to check in earlier than the strange 5pm check in time.

GHETTO & most likely a scam
Ghetto. TERRIBLE customer service and communication from the property. Address given takes you somewhere else on Uber- extremely inconvenient. From the elevator to your room is GHETTO and honestly scary for a young female traveling alone. I did NOT feel safe! Not to mention broken bath tub, soap/shampoo/conditioner did not meet expectations (SO CHEAP and minimal), extremely noisy place to sleep. On the first night at 9:30 there was a screaming kid in the hallway that no one did anything about. At 12:30 AM (when everyone on business is SLEEPING) there were multiple women screaming in the hallway. Not only is this disruptive, but it was scary. The elevators hardly worked. The hallways to your room where beyond ghetto and intimidating for solo travelers. I would never recommend and will never return. Ghetto and seems like a scam.

I showed up to a room with trash in the room. Hairs in the bed and tub in both spots. It was obvious someone shaved and did not clean it up. Toothpaste stains on sink and mirror. Don’t stay here. I had to sleep in a dirty bed and still no cleaned by 3pm next day. Don’t go

Unexpected apps to get in the apartment.
Good spot, easy to walk to so many restaurants. Our issue was the check-in. We have stayed at many Aparthotels, but this check-in was not pleasant. On the day of check-in, we were told to download two different apps to gain access to the apartment however, the apps were not downloading. There were no other instructions for how to possibly get into the apartment without those apps. The website said no parking however we were provided parking once we got there. After we got into the apartment we finally got the apps to work and did not have any issues after that point.

We wished we could have stayed at this 2 bedroom/1 bath. It was the right size for the 4 of us. Great views from the 4th floor. The kitchen was stocked. Everything is digital and easy to use.
