Not as advertised
There is nothing charming about this apartment. Nothing. When you walk in, it smells like an ashtray combined with a damp odor. The smell was so bad, I had to purchase candles and glad plugin's in order to stay there for the duration. The listing advertises a television, which it did have. However, the wall outlet didn't work. So, again, I had to purchase a 25 ft' cable extension to run across the unit in order to plug in television and my laptop in order to work at the table and that was on top of researching the fuses in the circuit breaker and purchasing those as well only for them not to work. I made this clear to the property manager, however, its an AI chatbot so although the responses were fast, they never did anything about it. On my second night, I heard rustling in the ceilings above the bathroom which I can only assume was rodents, which the AI chatbot said that they would call Pest Control and again, did not happen. The AI chatbot also said that since my stay was so terrible that someone would call me about a partial refund, however, as you might guess. That has also not happened. Please if you can, stay away from this place. It's sad. Very sad. There are much better places to stay in St. Pete and this place is definitely not one of them.
