Fabulous St. Pete heated pool, hottub, pet friendly, 5 min to the beach

This memorable house has 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 full bed and 2 bathrooms. The house is for 11 people. Our open concept kitchen and lounge area will allow you to cook and share special moments with loved ones. Out doors you'll find a caged heated pool (4ft and 5 ft deep), hot tub and a spacious deck and outside the pool area you'll find an open spacious backyard with a grilling and dining area. Ample parking space for at least 10 cars. Pet friendly.
**PET FEE is 80 dollars per pet. Maximum 3 pets.
**OPTIONTO HEAT POOL:
We charge $100 for pool heating if it's no more than 5 days and will pre-heat the pool between 82 to 86 degrees. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It will be heated up to 20-30 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.
**A rental agreement is going to be sent once you complete your booking, to receive the door code you MUST sign the agreement.
**We have to propane tanks, one for the firepit and other for the grill. We don't offer refills but you can do at Walmart which it's 3 min by car.

Fun family stay!
We had a fantastic stay at this property! The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit and the beautifully lit backyard made for such a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. We especially loved our movie night on the projector screen by the pool—it was such a unique and fun experience!The house itself was thoughtfully decorated with nice touches throughout, making it feel cozy and welcoming. The hosts were incredibly prompt and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance, which made our stay stress-free.A great place for our little family Christmas reunion :)

The house is just perfect for a family vacay get away. Very confortable, the spa is simply amazing, also the bbq and outdoor seating area we had a great time!
