Up to date but historic property with a hip feel. Free trolley serving downtown St Pete is across the street. It’s a little off the beaten path but close to everything. Great staff that goes out of their way to please. With all that being said, it didn’t break the travel budget. Highly recommend

The hotel and the employees are lovely. The main problem we had was that we paid for a suite because we had our pet but because our reservation was thru a 3rd party they did not have one for us. We accepted a downgrade. We did not mind that but the mistake was the location of this room. We were at the entrance of the hall next to the elevator. It was a Monday but people were coming in and out past midnight and talking loudly. Needless to say we got no rest, trying to keep our dog quiet while the people outside our room were not.

Love the hotel with its art deco style. Great location . Free parking was really nice. The hotel bar and restaurant services were great. We were disappointed with check in because our friends were suppose to have 2 other rooms that were accidentally canceled. So our party ended up in two different hotels.

We had a lovely stay at this charming and quirky hotel. It’s extremely clean and quiet- the building itself is old and seems to have the original layout, with wall units for heat and a/c, so I was a bit concerned it would be noisy- but we slept really well in the comfy king bed. The bar/restaurant was lovely and fun at breakfast and evenings, particularly notable as there were few tourists at the time we visited- so it’s clearly a favorite local place. Although it was cool when we stayed, we still enjoyed a few hours reading in the sunny, wind-protected cabanas pool side. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and location, at the edge of a historic district and just a few blocks from the waterfront, was great.

Charming hotel with what looks like a rich history located in downtown St. Petersburg. While we have spent a lot of time in Florida, this was our first trip to St. Pete and we really liked it. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were quite good.
