The toilet was broken, the lighting didn’t work, we also had to ask for a microwave and the pictures were misleading. However, no bugs or anything and staff was kind and helpful.

Opened my room door turned on the light At 830 in the morning while I was trying to rest comfortably after that they came back every 30 minutes waking me up to ask if I was checking out was very disturbed

Honestly by the reviews I was expecting MUCH worse... Was there bugs...yes. Did the sheets look super clean... no. Did I feel safe with the black truck sitting right outside our door with people drinking it...no. Did i sleep with one eye open...yes. Don't waste the money, spend the extra $50-$100 and stay at the holiday in, thats what I will be doing next time. The one good thing about this hotel is the distance to Baycare Ballpark, otherwise 1/10 rating for me.

The hotel towels were dirty and red, the floor was sticky for some reason, it smelled like smoke the minute we walked in, and the tv did not work. There were knats flying everywhere. Honestly I was scared to spend the night there.

I enjoyed the stay with my son to see some baseball games - VERY close to the phillys stadium.. maybe a 5-7 walk. Everything else you need to drive or uber. The rooms are being update but no hand soap, 2 towel, the tv rarely worked and I would not go in the pool as it didn’t seem clean or maybe not even running Pump. I did sit by the water but definitely would not go in! Saying that..for the price I would stay here again if needed.

We looked up the place and thought it looked ok for just a couple of nights. Boy, were we wrong! That place was a total mess. Hardly any parking, by the room, except for 3 wheelchair spots and the other four had cars. So, we had to park in the parking lot of the restaurant, Lenny's, next door. As we were walking to our room, my boyfriend sees an enormous rat!! I'm like 😱! Got to the room and the bed was like sleeping on a cardboard box laying on top of a rock. They tried to remodel the bathroom, but, it was a mess and dirty. The floor had hair on it. I asked my bf if he wanted me to cancel and go somewhere else, but it was late and touched it out. Got up, was going to take a shower, with my shoes on, just wash my hair. Nope! The shower barely came on and smelt like pure sulfur. I grab my clothes and as we were packing up there was a damn roach on the wall and one crawling up the side of the bed.i took a pic and said I'm getting the hell out of here and cancel. The guy that checked me out just said sorry about your inconvenience. I'm like I want my money back. He tried to show me how he refunded my money, I told him it wasn't all of it. He said you aren't understanding. I'm like, y'all charged me $123 for two nights, a $50 deposit and then, I checked my account and they charged me another $73. If my pending charges don't come off, I am putting fraud and WILL REPORT THEM!! I'm not a high maintenance person and understand places are older, but come on. Take a little more care

This property is affordable but the cleanliness is very poor. The room was dirty and pool was not swimmable due to the filthyness. Ive traveled around the country and stayed at affordable hotels, but this hotel should not be operable due to the health and safety of its guest.

Asked for smoke free and when checking in the room was very Smokey, to the point the smoke alarm was still beeping. We asked to change rooms and the front desk lady said “no, we will spray it and change the smoke detector battery”. They did, it didn’t help at all, so we complained again. After complaining again, they said “all rooms smell like smoke”. Stains on beds, floors, and walls.

Close to baseball field, nice pool

Beds were a little uncomfortable, had to ask twice for extra towels, door had remnants of tape around the frame which I assume was to try to block the heat from coming in through the large gaps. Air conditioner was set to 64° but felt closer to 75°. Pool was nice and we were in walking distance to the baseball field which is why we chose to stay

This was a horrible place to stay. There were bugs in the room. The room was never cleaned and we had to go to the front desk multiple times for the same thing. Yes, it was for something as minor as the tv remote. It was NEVER fixed after multiple, multiple attempts to it fixed. There were no attepmts made by the management to make anything better. It was very disappointing, as we decided to leave 2 days early due to the conditions.

Room was extremely dirty. Bedding stained. Towels stained. Avoid stopping here. It did look like they have tried to do renos. But not using a professional really shows. Stayed at quite a few hotels this one was one of the worst.
