My recent stay at the Moxy Hotel was delightful. The staff were exceptionally polite and patient, making every interaction pleasant. Very disappointed. We arrived for our 4:00 check in and we were told the room wasn’t ready. We were thinking they were running a few minutes late and understood. However, it wasn’t ready until 5:00. There wasn’t an apology or we have a place to put your stuff , go walk around. Good customer service goes a long way. You have no choice but to use their valet parking and our vehicle was parked no where special. That was an extra fee(over 30 dollars). The room we had was extremely small and right by an elevator. Not only did we hear — “going up— going down” all night long, we heard everything. Including someone blasting music at almost 5 am. The bed was comfortable but we weren’t able to sleep. Not at all relaxing.
