This single-family 3-bedroom home with pool and pool heater (restrictions apply) plus a 4-person hot tub free of charge, has plenty of amenities. It is located in a desirable quaint, and peaceful community centrally located near Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Honeymoon Beach, and St. Petersburg Beach, as well as other fine beaches along the coast. Enjoy the sunset, fishing, the dolphins, water sports, excursions, fine restaurants, sports bars, venues with live entertainment, pickleball, golf (at nearby sports complexes), museums, and much more all within a reasonable driving distance. Food shopping and major retail shops are minutes away. This lovely home and its unique location provide a peaceful, relaxing, and fun environment. It is modernly furnished with a blend of a coastal and entertaining setting. The kitchen has cookware, condiments, a Keurig coffee maker, free K-cups, and a small Air Frye. The living room is stylishly designed with a 50" HD Smart TV, and Natuzzi leather sofas for extra comfort. The enclosed pool has a dining table and a nicely designed patio area with chairs for sunbathing and relaxation. Additionally, there are floating devices and pool games for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated (optional) for a $25.00 nightly fee or free with a minimum 6-night stay. Also, at no cost, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas are provided saving our guests in beach chair/umbrella rentals at beaches. There are plenty of beach and bath towels. We have a washer and dryer for your convenience as well as towel racks in the pool area. Note: For added security for peace of mind, there are three surveillance cameras outside of the home capable of recording and picking up sound. One over the garage viewing the driveway; another viewing the entrance door and walkway, and one inside the patio area viewing the fence door and outside yard. We respect your privacy, there are no cameras and/or listening devices inside the home or pool and sitting patio area. The outside of the home is well-lit as well. Book and have fun relaxing, reading, enjoying the sunset, beach hopping, coastal waters, and nearby activities, or just stay in enjoying our home as so many of our guests have done. Doggies less than 50 lbs. are allowed with an additional pet cleaning fee listed on the booking section. Don't worry, we won't take a big bite out of your wallet. lol. Nice Stay, With A Few Hiccups

Overall, we had a good stay. Communication on booking and check-in was clear and timely. We asked to check in early and we were accommodated. Unfortunately, there was a planned power outage in this area, and our travel was a bit slow due to traffic, so we were not able to get in too much earlier than normal check in.One hiccup was that after the power outage, no one went to the house to restart the pool heater and hot tub. With the cooler night temps and the heater only running from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, we were not able to use the pool the first 2 days of our stay.We also had to reconnect all of the devices in the house to the wifi after the power was back on. A small thing, but a thing none the less. Another hiccup came with the hot tub on our 3rd day of our stay. The hot tub kept kicking out so the heater would not stay on and warm up the water. We ended up not being able to use the hot tub until the end of our 5th day. There were some other small things such as remote batteries for the ceiling fan and lights in the master bedroom being dead, and the electronic deadbolt going dead that did come up during our stay also. The local property manager was helpful and kind all of the times we ended up calling him, even if there were issues that he could not fix. All in all, we paid a pretty penny to stay here as we wanted to enjoy some extras on vacation. We understand things happen, but for what we spent, we wish things would have gone a bit smoother.

Took possession of the home Jan 11. Got ourselves moved in, going to be here for 5 weeks. We noticed the lights would flicker every 10 minutes or so? Found this to be odd. After talking to the neighbor who takes care of the house, he let me know that after the hurricanes the power had gone out. Duke energy performed a temporary repair. Fast forward 4 months, we lost power on Jan 23 8:30 AM. Contacted the owner who then contacted Duke energy. Meanwhile we are sitting here with no heat, one of the coldest days of the year, 45 degrees. In the house temps were in the low 60’s. After numerous phone calls and text messages with the owner we were informed that Duke energy would be here by end of day to make repairs. Duke energy showed up around 4:00, did another temporary repair. When we left temporary repair seemed to be working ok.The owner did refund us 500.00 for the inconvenience. Power was restored around 5PM. I informed the owner that this was something that should have been disclosed long before we got here. On Sunday the 26 of Jan I noticed the pool heat was not working. The pool was 60 degrees. I contacted the owner via text, he proceeded to have me try to get heat pump working. After many texts and attempts at restarting heat pump he decided he needed to get a tech here to troubleshoot and repair heat pump. Pool Tech finally shows up 5 days later on Friday the 31st of January, took him all of 10 minutes to replace a failed component. Sunday the 2nd of Feb the pool wa

Family Getaway

The house was the perfect size for our family of four. Loved the outdoor areas around the house. The screened in pool area was a nice touch. The hot tub was good to relax in after long days on the beach and around the city. The house location and neighborhood were in a pleasant area. Would rent this house again.

The house is spotless and well stocked. Having a private heated pool was wonderful. The house is close to most beach locations and restaurants. In a neighborhood which was nice for walking. Will stay again.

Real Life Golden Girls Weekend

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. This home is a BEAUTIFUL little oasis:-). Hosts are helpful and responsive. House was SUPER clean, and had all conveniences. I'd love to go back during warmer weather - but we still enjoyed our weekend so much! I highly recommend this home as a vacation stay:-).

Christmas vacation in Tampa area

We wanted to just to have a break from northeastern winter, and Hector's house was exactly what we wanted! The weather wasn't really for beaches, and we spent most of the time in and around the house, having fun in the pool, chilling in a hot tub. House is super clean, stylish, owners have put a lot of thought into details to make it comfortable. Great choice for family vacation.

Home was beautiful with many small touches that made it like home - shampoo, laundry, beach gear, numerous towels, extra blankets. The pool and hot tub were great! Worth paying for the pool heater if you want to swim in the evening. Neighborhood was fine but general Location was just so/so for us in terms of driving to other activities - seemed like it was 30 minutes to everything - but we prioritized the amenities over location. Overall great stay!

Wonderful Rental

Absolutely one of our favorite rentals! The house is relaxing, beautiful, and feels like home. Hector and Odette have thought of everything you could need, to enjoy your stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, as was just being able to relax on the patio and zen garden. Great decorations and landscaping. Appreciated all the little things that enhanced our stay: outdoor hooks to hang our towels, a rack by the hot tub, to place our bathing suits to dry, pool noodles, floaties, gorgeous lighting for the pool at night, plenty of towels, beach bags, chairs, etc. The location is perfect for getting to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach (our favorite), St. Petersburg, Tampa, Madeira Beach/Johns Pass. Lots of good restaurants nearby in Seminole, and a really nice movie theater there, with reclining chairs, and restaurant menu and bar. Located in a shopping center with lots of good stores and eateries. We were able to also enjoy the YMCA, just a mile from the rental. The treadmills there overlook a nice pond. Just a fantastic, overall stay.

Fabulous home

This home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. After renting homes for over 30 years, these owners/hosts were the best I have encountered. All your needs will be met with the well-stocked kitchen, toiletries and plenty of pool towels. The home is designed with classic taste. We thoroughly enjoyed the well- maintained pool and beautifully decorated patio and outdoor area. We will be back. Thank you Odette and Hector!

Hector & Odee's was the perfect getaway! The kids cried when we left. The owners were easy to reach. We had taken a cruise prior to arriving in Largo. The house was ready so they allowed us to check in early. Which I really appreciated. They sent us instructions on the check in process several days prior to our check in day. Everything was easy and simple to figure out. The house was comfortable & clean. The pool and hottub were amazing. We have always stayed beachfront & decided to try something new. We were centralized & went to a different beach everyday, we were there. We can't wait to stay here again. We travel alot and this may have been my favorite place I've ever stayed. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Pool Paradise

We just got finished staying at Hector and Odette’s home for one month. This was by far the best VRBO home we’ve ever stayed in. It was not only extremely clean, it also had every amenity one could ask for. Between the pool, the hot tub, the Zen garden, the comfortable beds and the beautiful furnishings, we felt like we were in our own little paradise. The location was central to all the things we like to do, including going to the beach, Phillies Spring Training games, visiting St. Pete and eating at fabulous restaurants. Everything was between 5-20 mins away. In fact we loved it so much, we’ve already booked it for next year. Hector and Odette ended up feeling like family, instead of hosts of a VRBO. They always answered text messages and answered all of our questions within minutes. They literally gave the saying “mi casa -su casa” a special meaning.
