Beautiful property, very clean and updated with a very classy Mediterranean style. Valet is included in the resort fee which is nice if you have a car, as there is no off street parking in the area. A few things to consider: newer hair dryers in the room, it was a very old clunky hair dryer that barely had any flow, so maybe pack your own. The pool is heated which was great for the 50s-60s temperatures that FL was having. The floor of the pool is quite sharp! 3/4 of us cut ourselves on either the floor or the wall just by stepping off the step too quickly or brushing the side of the pool with my hand. Same with the jacuzzi. Maybe it was because it was slow season but the front desk often didn’t have anyone there, they were in the hotel just gone from the desk, probably one staff at a time working. Had waited to check out because I wanted to look over my receipt, but after 15 min no one showed up I had to leave and contact the hotel for a copy. Unfortunately the area it self is still recovering from the hurricane and many of the small businesses have not reopened and there isn’t any public beach access in walking distance, so we were thankful for a comfortable and beautiful room to relax in since the area was so quiet.
