The room was amazing once we were able to get it. I called at 3:37pm to see if it would be possible to check in a few minutes early since check-in is at 4 PM. The front desk lady told me that the room was not ready yet, but assured me that it would be by 4 PM when we check in. We walked in at 4 PM and it took them about 10 minutes to try to figure out if the room was ready or not and then they told us it would be another 30 minutes before the room could be checked into. We came back to the front desk at 4:37 and they said that the housekeeping has not confirmed that the room is clean, but we are more than welcome to head on up. When we got to our room, they were still working on our room and needed five more minutes to finish.

A nice, safe place. They are quickly repairing the amenities. The island still has a long way to go, there was alot of devastation in this area from the hurricanes.

Unfortunately Treasure Bay flooded during Hurricane Milton. The entire first floor and pool were not usable while we were there. The staff were excellent!!! Very friendly and helpful. They even went and filled my mug with ice (the ice machine got ruined in the flood too 😢). We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful visit and the staff was kind and friendly. The floor in the bathroom was VERY slippery when wet. I almost slipped a couple of times. The pool and elevator were closed due to hurricane damage. I understand completely, however there was a posted sigh stating no altering reservations due to this inconvenience were allowed. I didn’t push this, but they may have been willing to accommodate.

Great Customer services.. Communicated thoroughly.There was a wait on the room to be cleaned and ready for checking in there was a delay on that but all in all the Hotel was nice.. They are still cleaning up the town so each resort was feeling the after effects from the hurricanes

Everything is mildew, mold, and broken from the flood. It really is disgusting. I wish that they would have advised me of the status beforehand. No elevators working, 1st floor is closed off so my handicapped wife is doing stairs. No ice machine. Internet is trashed. Nice employees though. I feel bad for them

No grilling possible!
Room was good. Hotel stated that what ever we needed just ask. When we were going to cook on the grill by the pool, there was no propane let in the tank. The manager said we can go get the propane gas at the Seven-Eleven store ourselves. Three other front desk employees stated the same thing two days in a row. This response was not acceptable. We left the fish we caught in the hotel.
