Loud neighbors.

The in room phone did not work. The neighboring room kept trying to come into my room via the door connecting the two rooms. They were loud and did not settle after repeated calls to the front desk. The hotel was barely occupied. It would have been better to not book rooms next to each other when there were other available rooms.

Check was told pool was heated it was not Hot tub didn’t work were told it did. Room Door deadbolt lock unusable Told front desk heat doesn’t work was given another room heat doesn’t work asked for blankets told housekeeping was gon and they had no keys asked for blankets told be left at front desk for us tomorrow…. Which we’re not Left, luckily the cleaning staff was there and got a blanket Tues Jan 7 40 Degrees Wed Jan 8. 43 degrees Thursday 43 degrees We were frozen room was freezing bathroom fan constantly ran cold air. Will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. WE SHOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK

We stayed NYE 2024 and had a great evening. The property was clean, staff was helpful and cheerful. We wanted to support Treasure Island businesses after Helena .

No amenities, elevator broken, hot tub broken, pool dirty. Booked a "gulf view" what we got was a view of the building across the street. First floor was flooded because of the last storm, made entire building smell of mold. Husband is a 100% disabled Veteran, we explained that he needed an elevator to access the 2nd floor we were told that they would not make changes to the reservations and if we wanted a refund we would have to call Expedia. Expedia contacted the property who refused refund. We ended up staying in the middle of the 2nd night they had 2 women fighting in the hall along with a hound dog who barked all night despite calls to the front desk.

The elevators were broken. With my leg injury was unable to climb the stairs to get to my room. I declined to stay there. Also, no beach access. Please keep in mind if you book a property on the beach you want to be able to go to the beach

Security could be an issue.

Hotel clerk allowed someone who was not listed as an occupant check into my room hours before my flight arrived, without my consent. Very troubling.

I think it would have been a great place to stay if they had taken care of everything at the property before reopening after the storms. The pool and hot tub was closed, the bar/food was closed to no bar tender and no open kitchen. There was a lot of damage in general. Our shower curtain rod was barely hang on with the shotty repair they made to hang it back up. The floors and surfaces were dirty. There was mold and mildew smell in the room and hallways to were we left the patio door open at all times for fresh air. The was a lot of water damage to items and walls and ceilings were they used kilz paper to try and cover it and you could see the stains underneath and a lot was just pealing and hanging. The bathroom door had so much water damage to the bottom it was swelled up and hard to open and close. Also painted over the water damage on it and the metal tracks on the close doors were all rusting etc etc.

Water never got hot. Was at far end top floor of building. Also the elevator and hot tub/pool was still out from the hurricanes but “no changes to reservations”. I should have called. To top it off I fell on the cement stairs because they were mop wet and not proper precautions. Yes they weee mopping the landing but no attention to 5 steps up. 2 days later I am still sore with a 15 hr drive to navigate home.
