Decent for persons in transit but nothing more. We stayed for one night and was relieved to leave. Property needs major maintenance. It’s dated and the rooms feel grimey.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Very poor customer service. My husband was having minor surgery so we stayed 2 nights. One of the reasons was "room service" listed on their website so I wouldn't have to walk outside by myself at night. They do NOT have room service. I walked down to the restaurant one night and they didn't give me the extras on my burger that I paid for. I wasn't about to go back and spend an additional 40 minutes waiting. If you get a room at the back of the hotel, it is very noisy from a bar outside until about 2 every morning. The very old TV is antenna only and has very few channels. I told the cleaning lady that she only had to bring fresh towels and not clean the room that day. She did not bring any and I had to go down to the front that evening to ask for some. To add insult to injury - they had no red wine at the bar!!

Our stay was very good. I did not like that there was no microwave? If I wanted something warm or hot I could not do it? The waterfront view was wonderful. The street was very busy but tolerable and the noise did not interrupt my sleep.

Our room was nice, nice blackout curtains. My friends room had toilet issues. They did offer to move her, but only here for one night so she opted to stay. Nice pool area. Security guard was really nice and extremely helpful. All staff were friendly and polite.
