Check in was very easy and the room was clean and good view from the corner unit however little tight. Breakfast was OK except there is not enough room for the guests to use including the counter is too small.

The hotel seems to be an older property - it's rather a maze inside - but it's clean and well-maintained. One of the two elevators was out of service and undergoing repair; I'd say the second needs replacement as well (worn out buttons, nonworking floor indicators). My room was in good condition (except for a stain on the rug). It - and the bathroom - were very clean. The front desk people were friendly and helpful when I checked in / checked out. The hotel is on a not-terribly-attractive side street.

It’s an old hotel with old furnishings and mediocre beds and a substantial continental breakfast that doesn’t have any gluten-free products. The ceilings are in great need of repair. But the staff was friendly and the location is good.

It’s a place to stay in, that’s all! Clean but very outdated. Pillows and mattresses are very uncomfortable

I would like better lighting. I would like an extra lamp for the desk. And brighter light bulbs (LED daylight bulbs are nicer for seeing and reading). Few few more breakfast selections would be nice, such as yogurt.

Definitely an older hotel. Homeless is prominent around property & obviously a place where people “live in”. There were other guests at the desk when I checked in complaining about finding drugs in their room & about their heater. The attendant promptly followed them to their room & asked if I minded waiting so he could address their issues. (I waited & appreciated his need to assist them) We were just there for 1 night. It was a convenient location to get to the train station to meet up with family the next morning & it served its purpose.

Overnight Stay
There are no valid complaints. The customer service was polite and efficient. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Being an older hotel, it didn’t have many amenities, but we didn’t need anything extra. The location great and the free parking was plentiful. The continental breakfast was mediocre, but not a dealbreaker. I’d definitely stay again.
