The living area has a full sleeper sofa . There are 3 queen beds. There is a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an electric skillet. Sorry, No full kitchen to fully enable all the delicious restaurants within walking distance. There is on site, off street parking for several vehicles.

Fall weekend
Great weekend in State College. This cottage was perfect for us. Lovely property. Close to campus, Dunkin, and beds for everyone. Can’t beat that.

Perfect for what we need
We are in town to watch wrestling Olympic trials . We just needed a place to spend the night and this place was perfect for what we need . We just walked to the original Waffle House one block away for a very nice breakfast . This place is close to everything . Very convenient if you need a place to stay in State college.
