The Space
Whether you`re in the DC area for business or pleasure, this 4 BR townhome is a great choice! Located in a very family-oriented neighborhood, there`s a lot to love here. The immediate community boasts miles of walking trails. Just outside the community is easy access to all the modern amenities you`ve come to expect like shops, restaurants, and theaters.
Upon entering, you'll notice the entire first floor is outfitted with gleaming hardwood floors. In the main living area, stylish gray walls, bright white trim, and elegant recessed lighting create a chic yet completely comfortable space. Sink down on one of the plush lime green sofas and turn on the game or your favorite movie on the large flatscreen television. Stunning modern artwork compliments the contemporary vibe.
The sleek design continues in the open kitchen. Matte black cabinets are topped with a gorgeous slab of Carerra marble that flows into a waterfall edge. Stainless steel appliances and a tiled backsplash add polish. There's plenty of seating at the peninsula bar as well as the formal dining table. More dramatic artwork in the dining area allows the color scheme to flow through the entire home. A convenient powder room is right around the corner.
Upstairs, you'll find three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom is the master suite, complete with a luxe king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed set into an upholstered teal frame. The third bedroom has a convertible day bed, small desk space, and a large flatscreen television.
Downstairs in the finished basement is a fourth bedroom. This bedroom has a gorgeous king-size bed facing a giant flatscreen HDTV. There's also a cozy fireplace and a door leading to the sun-dappled outdoor area, with a lovely Japanese apple tree that blooms beautifully in the spring.
You'll love the peace of the wooded area directly behind the townhome.
This home also includes two dedicated parking spaces and a full-size washer and dryer.
The neighborhood:
CountrySide in Sterling VA is a quiet, tree-lined and family-oriented community. A sampling of the exceptional amenities here include a catch and release pond, tot lots, and nearly 10 miles of walking trails. Our very favorite thing, though, is also its best kept secret - HorsePen Run Wetland Nature Preserve. This 370 acres of protected land is for CountrySide residents' and guests` enjoyment. Located roughly behind some of the nearby schools, the preserve is a true nature sanctuary, with 12 different trails of varying lengths.
Outside of CountrySide, you`ll find all the amenities and attractions necessary for a great trip, like grocery stores, movie theaters, shopping, and dining. And of course, DC is just minutes away.
A car is recommended. Lyft & Uber are available in the area.
The closest metro station is Reston. 13 miles away, or a 20-minute drive. It is the last Metro station in the Silver line.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Virginia Law.
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Pool:
If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.
If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.
If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items
