Villa Picasso Rosa - Country Paradise with garden and private pool sleep 6

The villa is on two levels.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of adding an extra bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a closet.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed (equipped with air conditioning), a bathroom with bath and terrace / solarium.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, washing machine.
The upstairs room has air conditioning.

Outdoors: garden, covered veranda, private pool, barbecue. Parking space at the side of the road.

The villa is located within the "Country Paradise", a complex where there is a nucleus of exclusive villas, most often with a private garden and swimming pool.
The village is guarded by vigilantes.

 - Bed linen and towels = 17 euros per person per supply / week.

Check-in between 16:00 and 20:00. Check-out at 10:00
Late arrival: arrivals after 20.00 = 40 euros. Arrivals after 4:00 = 50 euros.

On arrival gests have to leave a 200 euros security deposit for waste disposal. This deposit will be refunded on departure if the garbage will be managed following the rules of the Municipality and the residual garbage will be bring to the collector center.
