We stayed at the Best Western for a week. While the room was a bit smaller than we usually have, it was more than adequate for our needs - clean and comfortable. The use of the hotel key to provide power to the lights was new to us, but it's a great way to conserve energy usage once you remember to insert (and remove) your card upon entry or exit.
Breakfast was great, and table clean-up staff was efficient and friendly. All front desk personnel were helpful and professional, but Kerry was simply incredible!
His language skills for someone who's barely visited the US were amazing - he could easily have passed as an American. What was far more amazing, though, was his customer service - it was like having our own personal concierge! He helped us navigate the T-bana and railway systems. He recommended restaurants that the guidebooks don't mention. He troubleshooted phone issues. He advised us on what to bring and sent us to a nearby bakery when my relatives invited us to fika. He provided ice for my knee after I ran the Stockholm Marathon. And on and on, all done with some friendly banter and a smile.
Bravo Kerry! You and the rest of the staff at the Best Western Plus Grow Hotel made an outstanding impression on us from beginning to end. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without you.
