Had a critical emergency and couldn’t stay one of the booked nights, however the hotel wouldn’t offer the professional courtesy of granting a refund. When calling the hotel several times, there was never any answer. I finally realized that no one answered, because there isn’t a true reception desk, but rather self check in tablets that take forever because of the extremely slow technology. The location was great, the room was clean, but it was truly a closet.
