I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in mid November and found my stay "fine" overall, I had booked a compact double room for myself and my partner during our short weekend getaway trip. The positives were the price was quite reasonable, the location was very convenient especially if you are getting the train from Arlanda Airport as the hotel is directly above the platforms. Negatives were that the room was very worn to a point of the walls being very dirty from past uses, the furniture being overly worn and not being updated in a while and the bed was on the more uncomfortable side with the feeling of springs through the mattress.Initially you are only given 2 pillows, which for 2 people is quite poor given I had booked for 2 people, however, I had requested more at the reception which they did provide so not a real issue. If you are looking for convenience for a short weekend stay, I would say this hotel will do the job as it is well situated to explore the main regions of Stockholm such as the shopping district and plenty of food choices around. If you are looking for a more comfortable stay with a bit more class and spacious room, I would recommend exploring other hotels though.

The location is excellent. Near the central train station. Many shops and eatries nearby. The room is very small but it has all that is needed. The staff is very helpful.

Great option close to the station
My sister and I stayed three nights. Located really close by both the central bus and train stations. Has some nice common areas throughout to catch up if you have a few people staying. Reception doubles as a bar with some food options, though we didn't try. Our first room was very spacious with a couch as well whereas our twin room was more European style. It had recently been refurbished which was nice. Both showers had good water pressure and were of a good size. As with a lot of European hotels we found the room quite warm, even after adjusting the temperature dial, but we sorted that by opening a window. We had a few dramas at check in but these were resolved. Initially we couldn't get the twin room we had requested at booking. They offered a double room for the first night and then to switch us to a twin room for the other two nights. For our inconvenience they gave us free breakfast so we were happy enough.

It was lovely to be able to check in a little earlier than usual as I had a long journey and was exhausted. ..thank you to the accommodating staff on the front desk. The room was functional ..and had a desk, which came in handy, as I had work to do. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable...superbly located close to the railway station ..I shall definitely be returning.
