We lived this hotel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. If you want to shop this is the place to be. I think I would have preferred the “old town are”. It was a very short walk.

Great location as the hotel is very central and neat a subway station. The hotel has a cool 1920’s feel and it felt very special. We went for the larger twin room and it was a good size, not much storage just one wardrobe with 6 hangers in total (some drawers would have been nice). Breakfast had a broad variety and the hotel bar was very popular. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

There were no drawers or shelves for items from your suitcase. To use the coffee pot, I had to move it to the desk (the only clear, flat surface). Normally I put it in the bathroom (noise), but there was no counter space near the electrical outlet. The beds were terrible; very poor back support. After one night my back hurt so bad I put the blankets on the floor and slept three nights in the floor! And, the staff came into our room one day (we forgot to put out the do not disturb sign) and they took our some garbage, but they never even cleaned the room or made the beds or changed towels for us.
