This is the most expensive hotel rate I paid on this trip to Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen and Stockholm, the size of the room is so small that the door swing outward to the hallway than the normal inward, same for the bathroom door. If the bathroom door is opened, the entry point to the room is completely blocked. The room is so small, you can‘t open the suitcase on the floor or on the table. Bathroom is small and need some deep cleaning. The complimentary breakfast is underwhelming, it is the same cheap items every day, very boring.

FD staff Jonathan was friendly and helpful. Breakfast has nice hot and cold selections and staff rendered great service. Central station and Arlanda Express to and from Airport is next to hotel. Lots of convenient eating places nearby.

Hotel was in an excellent location. A minute walk from the Arlanda Express and a short walk to the main shopping area, central train station, restaurants, and grocery shops. Only complaint was during check in, the front desk person was abrupt and not very welcoming. Lastly the safe in our room did not work and since it was the weekend, no one was able to help.
