Not a good experience
Shower was dirty and had old soap on the top. The entry light blinked the whole time it was on. The sink had hair in it. Toilet paper was empty. Window was cracked. The lock for the door was broken. The pool was not in service. The shower curtain was broken.

Property was dirty and run down. Pool empty and closed permanently. Carpeting at the top of the stairs (no elevator) was coming up and I almost tripped on it. Exterior doors never locked. Advertises brekfast but extremely limited choices.

The property needs a proper clean up of all carpets and enforcement of rules not to smoke within door's proximity. Inside property you can smell urine and uncomfortable smells, I had no choice due to entire town being booked out fir a large event.

The picture are deceitful…
My overall experience was fair… The hotel was shabby for the price I paid. All of my towels were stained and smelled burnt from the dryer… I have bad knees and a bad back there were no elevators just stairs… All of the stairwells smelled horrible… for the price of the rooms the breakfast could have been better… Amy and the cleaning lady were very nice and helpful but the Indian lady at the reception desk during the week was rude… She never greeted anyone, she never checked on anyone, she never asked how anyone was doing or if anyone needed anything… The pictures online were deceitful…

Old and run down.
Very nice people but the hotel is old and run down. Our room was supposedly recently redone...but was still old and run down. We had already paid the bill through hotels.com, but did not stay in the room. We went to another hotel and got a different room, even though it cost us money.

Because the hotel had misrepresented itself, the folks were forced to leave immediately. Basically the hotel was filthy. It only took less than one minute in the room, to turn around immediately, go to the front desk, learned the pool was broken, and the gal behind desk said they would not charge us for the room. Our cousin used Expedia thinking they were honest about their hotels and chose this one for us to stay by the ad on Expedia. Tremendously disappointed. No way could they stay and the girl behind the front desk agreed. Our cousin was so embarrassed and hurt because she wanted to help us and it was simply not possible. We fully expect she will not be charged for this very unhappy experience.

Disappointed!
Our stay was a disappointment. We reserved a room with a king-size bed and a sofa. We paid $25 extra for an early check-in (10 am) and told to call the motel at 8 am the same morning to confirm our arrival. We were informed during the call that we might not receive the room that we reserved because people were not checked out, yet. Also, informed that the housekeeper doesn't arrive until 9 am. When we arrived at 10 am we were given a room with kingsize bed, but no couch. Yes, we stayed the night, but left very early the next morning vowing that we would not stay in that same motel in the future.
