We travel a lot as a family, and this was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Exceeded expectations. Small details, like a water bottle filling station, a game room with a ping pong table and air hockey, a large pool and hot tub, an excellent free breakfast, a Keurig in the lobby that makes not just coffee, but special drinks and hot chocolate, housekeeping staff that arranged our son's stuffed animals on his bed in a cute way. Fantastic stay. If we are ever in the area again, we don't need to look at any other properties.

Room was great, but the amount they charge is bilking. I get the leaves are pretty this time of year and you CAN charge more for your rooms, but not everyone is there for the leaves, and charging that much for a one night stay in the middle of the woods is ridiculous.

I cannot begin to recommend this hotel enough. I went there Thanksgiving day and a huge storm was coming in. They checked me right in when I got there eight hours early. My windshield wiper broke, and they fixed it. Lots of fun activities in the hotel, nice breakfast, clean and super friendly staff!

Wonderful
Earns the high rating and many positive reviews. Not your average chain hotel. Deluxe room with kitchenette, gas fireplace, comfy queen bed, and large shower with good pressure and plentiful hot water. Indoor pool and hot tub were lovely, and basically all ours during this low season time of year. Nice mountain views, scenic covered bridge, and short walking trails on the property. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, with attentive staff.
